process, the strictest confidentiality is observed at all times.
Some clients may require us to put in place a formal confidentiality
agreement, and we are pleased to do so, using either the client's
terminology or our own standard confidentiality language. TPR
internal documentation binds all staff to adhere to confidentiality
procedures without exception.
