On occasions, TPR has been asked
to conduct inquiries to obtain samples of actual products,
e.g. electronics parts, that may be required for the purposes
of patent litigation.
The time required to conduct such research and the success in
obtaining a sample largely depends on the nature and age of
the product concerned.
